Registration

Congress secretariat/registration will be open Saturday July 20th (2013) in the hall of the Amphitheater Complex (University Campus) from 14:00 to 18:00.  On Sunday 21st the secretariat/registration will be open again at the same site from 12:00 to 16:00.  During the week (except Wednesday) the registration and congress secretariat desk will be open at the same site.

At registration check-in, delegates will receive the documentation, including the abstract book, lunch tickets and relevant information relative to the congress.  Please wear you badge to all WCM events.  Separate tickets will be provided for the congress dinner.

There will be a desk from Top-Atlântico for enrolment in the optional Wednesday activities, as well as for issues related with travel and accommodation.

(1) Fees include registration, abstract book, icebreaker, lunches during session days, drinks and the wine/beer/degustation poster reception. The congress dinner is not included.
(2)There will be several student awards for oral and poster presentations, including awards presented by UM and awards presented by affiliated societies. The process will be jointly coordinated

Instructions for Registration

  • The presenting author must be registered in the Congress. If not, the work will not be included in the program or abstract book.
  • There is no limit for the number of oral or panel presentations by each author or co-author. However, the presenting author can only present one oral communication and one poster communication.
  • Confirmation of abstract submission will be sent automatically by email.

Registration and Payment:

  • Payment can be done by bank transfer or via PayPal
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration if the payment is not made on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  1.  All cancellations of attendance and bookings must be made in writing to the Congress Organizer.
  2.  A full refund, minus a cancellation fee of € 40 will be made on registration cancellations received by May 15, 2013.
  3. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on registration cancellations received between May 15 and June 30 2013.
  4. No refund of registration fees will be made for registration cancellations made after 1 July 2013.
  5.  Campus accommodation will only be refunded if the booking is taken over by another delegate.
  6. A charge of 20% is levied on refunds of cancellations of the congress dinner
  7. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the WCM.
  8. Cancellation of activities organized by Top-Atlântico are subject to that Agency’s policies, and dealt directly with the agent.
